Shingeki no Kyojin Episode 5

Expect episodes 6-7 (7-8 in DaL’s case) to be done around the beginning of next week. I have exams really soon and I have Anime Central for the weekend.

So with the little time I have left, I give you readers this post and the weekly music post while I go study and then completely burn out the remaining energy nerding out. Peace and thanks for stopping by this week

Shingeki no Kyojin Critical Blow

Eren initiates his fight against his nemesis but notices how it went after the frontal cannons instead of him. He fears that it may possess intelligence, but he quickly sets aside the thought by replacing it with a far simpler notion: Killing it. Seeing as how it is the only one capable of tearing down the walls, Eren zips up to its neck and propels himself to deal the killing blow. A massive burst of steam obstructs his vision, and as mysteriously as it appeared, the titan vanishes. Eren and his squad is given orders to execute orders specifically made to counter these situations.

Shingeki no Kyojin Battlements

The bells chime and the civillians are quickly evacuated while the highly trained soldiers are dispatched. Armin is completel psyched out with fear but Eren calms his sh*t with some genocide-encouraging words. Humongous scene shift as we get a look into the Top 1% of the entire human populace. Lord Walto, the high class lord that resides in his private castle (with a freaking moat) begs the high-ranking Military Police chief Pixis to stay and guard his territory instead of going out to combat the titans entering the secondary wall. We return to our trio and the other soldiers who are just being informed that the Initial Response Team has been wiped out.

Shingeki no Kyojin Jean

The instructor commands that everyone group up into teams and head out to face the titans before they completely overrun the wall. Mixed emotions fly about as soldiers scramble to pair themselves up. Eren walks into Jean, the dude who wanted to live the easy life in the interior walls (who was supposed to transfer tomorrow). The two of course, get into a fight. Jean accuses of how ready Eren is to die but Eren doesn’t insult him back. Rather, he plays off how much hell they’ve gone through and aggressively encourages Jean to live to see tomorrow and join the interior. Before Mikasa can dote on Eren some more, she gets told that she has been inducted to the Rear Guard to help the evacuation. She objects to this to help Eren kill some titans but Eren then gives her some yelling and even brings her back to her senses. The crew takes a flashback to a lesson that described the titan’s only known weakness, the back of their necks. Somehow, their regenerative capabilities are completely negated if they are hit there.

Shingeki no Kyojin Valor

Back in the chaos, Eren’s encouraging words that resemble Gimli and Legolas’s slaughtering competition takes place as Eren’s squad is inspired to make a name for themselves. The crew is devastated to find more Titans are inside the walls and encounter some strange looking titans. Most noticeably, one that is able to jump pretty high. Our crew is stopped due to the jumping titan’s interference. To Eren’s horror, one of his squadmates is snatched off the air and is promptly devoured. Eren of course, becomes incredibley pissed and chases down the titan.

Shingeki no Kyojin Finale

As our less angry crew follows him, two are quickly taken down while Armin is just completely stunned at the situation. Eren himself is smashed through a roof and is heavily injured. With memories of Eren and Armin’s past show how much they wish to see the outside world, Armin is slowly placed into the titan’s mouth. Eren gets up and pulls him out, replacing Armin in the titan’s maw.
