Will it end by the Provisional Exam arc or maybe even the Internship Arc? I believe I mentioned this before but BnHA’s chapter to episode ratio isn’t all that enormous compared to other big manga adaptations. The first big saga has come to a close with AfO’s fights and now it’s more pro hero work with the provisional license exams pitting the students against other schools before the Internship Arc begins and we move onto to the rather lengthy Overhaul storyline featuring Nighteye, Mirio, and the titular Overhaul.

Boku no Hero Academia Episode 49- The End of an Era
As moving and full of impact as I hoped.
The OST for this series is an element I always praised about and they knocked it out of the park once again. The emotional stakes in the episode were also insanely high and these types of themes of believing in others this hard and particularly Endeavor’s despair over never being good enough is something that always rings something in me personally. Now I’m just curious where they’ll end this season on.

Boku no Hero Academia Episode 48- Good vs. Evil
Now that the fight to dwarf most all fights before it and most fights after it is finally here, there’s just one scene I’m looking forward to the most in this event and it’s at the very end, after the one fight quote that I know will be quoted for a long time when it airs. The question still remains where Season 3 will end off though, either after all the home visits or a short time after the new semester rolls around.

Boku no Hero Academia Episode 47- The Situation is not under control
Well just like I said, it seems the climax of the arc is approaching fast.
The climatic fight is either going to be the whole episode this week or one full episode and bleed into the other. I’ll probably go with the latter since Bakugo still needs saving and there’s a lot of monologues to be had with what the future holds. Can’t wait for that pointing scene though.

Boku no Hero Academia Episode 46- Bakugo Retrieval
Thus begins a new arc.
While I hyped up the conclusion of this arc ever since the Sports Festival arc, I can only see it go on for a handful of episodes before the kids arrive at their destination and the pro-heroes bust in to do their thing. How long the action will last is something I can’t estimate as well since it’s been a while since I’ve read this arc.

Boku no Hero Academia Episode 40- Because 39 was just a recap
It’s actually here, a non-recap episode that chugs along through the arcs leading up to the big climax we’re treated to previewing in the new season’s opening. To this day I think The Day is the best opening the series has had thanks to my immense bias towards Porno Graffiti but let’s not dwell on that and just get through this. As I’ve talked about before, Episode 39 was just a recap episode so there’s no real point in going through that.

Boku no Hero Academia Episodes 37- Quickly
So as it turns out, it only needed one episode of angry and anxious exchanges between Bakugo and Deku for them to beat All Might’s challenge. I guess that decision definitely makes sense since the episode preview showed that scene with Tomura and Deku and I feel that’s as poetic as an ending you could do as far as this adaptation goes. Good choice, it’s something I completely forgot.
Like always, it’s time for the seasonal round up so look forward to it.
