Sword Art Online II Episode 9- I could have sworn I heard Naruto play

That fade to black at the end.

How naive of anyone to think ANYONE that is related to Kirito that isn’t Sachi is doing to die by any means of the imagination. I can pretty much predict that it’s Kirito who shot Death Gun or some shit and we’ll see exactly how this turns out next week.

My god does the production company love showing off Sinon’s ass. Did we really need Miyuki Sawashiro voice her?

Mini-Sword Art Online II Episode 8- Ballet or Bullet?

The Bullet of Bullets begins.

Honestly I thought it as Ballet of Bullets because that sounds a lot better and fitting but apparently the subs and the characters refer the event as the former. Oh well. Other than Kirito having more trap moments, the episode featured light action while the fun stuff happened in the last 3 minutes.

I was spoiled of the GGO arc around 2 weeks ago and I have to say that while it isn’t as stupid as the later half of SAO and the entirety of ALO, it’s still pretty silly.

Mini again because dialogue and understandable (yet repetitive) exposition really take away from me writing stuff.

Mini Sword Art Online II Episode 7- Kirito the Harem Meister

In a single episode do we see two new girls join the cult of Kirito worship while two existing members fawn over him.

Other than more retroactive development for Kirito, we get nothing else.

Oh what you thought that the other dude trying to make a move on Sinon counted? Pfffft, this is SAO, as if any female with a working brain would actually want someone else.

Extremely short review incoming, hell you know what? I’ll change the title.

Sword Art Online II Episode 6- AND IT WILL COME, LIKE A FLOOD OF PAIN

Kirito lets loose after experiencing some player killing flashbacks back from SAO. If they actually featured those kinds of fights, I wouldn’t have hated it so much. More props to you SAO, you’re actually improving yourself but unless Asuna dies, nothing shall change.

In the end however, Kirito unintentionally gets the girl while being invincible as ever. Some things truly never do change

Sword Art Online II Episode 5- Knights of the Old Republic

Deflecting bullets and locating where the opponent is by standing still, Kirito really got some Assassin’s Creed bleeding effect stuff working out very nicely for him.

If anything at least plot is moving forward in a decent way while the action is nevertheless going to be Kirito getting all up in everyone’s faces with a sword. I honestly have to say this could have been a lot worse but it wasn’t so props to you SAO, you aren’t as annoying and are gradually getting bearable by getting Asuna and the harem co. out of the picture.

See how nice it is not pandering by making every single person worship Kirito’s dick?

Sword Art Online II Episode 4- First 5 minutes, does 2 “impossible” things

The game finally begins, and Kirito already accomplishes two things deemed “impossible”. How far will the perfect human being go this series?

At least we’re going at a slow, developed pace with some explanations going around. Hell, I hear we won’t see too much of Asuna either so that’s always a great thing. So while you may consider the slow pace to be boring, it’s sort of nice getting some actual explanations. Even so, I hear GGO isn’t all that great but oh well, as long as Asuna doesn’t show up, I’ll be keeping up since I like Miyuki Sawashiro.

Sword Art Online II Episode 3- Development and depth? In SAO?

So my question from last episode is answered and I will honestly say that I expected this sort of problem that Sinon, or rather, Asada Shino is facing.

So just because of actual backstory and having a motivation that goes beyond just playing a game instantly makes her a more likable character then nearly everyone in the cast already. What wonders backstories and actual motivation do to a character eh? However, that’s not saying much since Sinon will inevitably fall for Kirito instead of the nice, considerate guy who showed up this episode.
