Fate Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia Episode 12: Back from the dead

Back to your weekly scheduled doses of groin and butt shots.

Joking aside, the new opening is a lot more visually stimulating with its stylistic rendition and the ending decided to acknowledge Tomoe and Ibaraki being summoned to the singularity despite dying off-screen and being part of something else afterwards. The opening also chock full of some choice imagery which depicts the real stuff I’m waiting to see for Babylon

Fate Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia Episode 11: They cut it out

Episode 12 means the end of the traditional season for anime and for series like Babylonia that’s going to go for around 23 if I remember correctly, which means that we’ll be getting a recap episode for TWO weeks instead of the usual one so this will be the last episode of the year.

It entertains me to think that the anime is getting closer to Ereshkigal while she’s going to get released in NA servers in a few hours of the time of this post’s creation.

Fate Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia Episode 9-10: Eroge Lineage

Delays kept getting to me but this should be the last of it for a bit.

A threat like Gorgon needs more firepower than just some girl with a shield, a loli with a scythe, and a mage who can’t be knocked unconscious no matter what. So clearly what we needed was a girl flying around in her panties and a lady in a onesie.

No wait, I promise things actually get serious soon.

Fate Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia Episode 5&6: Kick and Run

Back on track of things.

Had a bunch of extra work but here we are again. Episode 6 was the end of the common errands episode now that Episode 7 kicks us off into finding more items for Gil and eventually confront the goddess alliance. With Blonde Rin, who somehow isn’t Extra Rin, around, we’ll be on our way to move towards the ever-exciting middle point of the singularity.

Fate Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia Episode 3: Daily Life in Uruk

You know, I almost forgot that Leonidas is voiced by Shinichiro Miki.

A bit interesting seeing how both Azur Lane and FGO started off in the same way with some action to get us settled and then calm things over, but I guess it’s a basic enough formula to follow through with how to open up shows. Definitely a lot less fanservice shots, which is a good thing because I didn’t want to spend combing through frames.

Fate Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia Episode 1: Exposition and Crotch Shots

You know I DID forget to mention the supreme amount of pantyshots in the first Azur Lane episode but FGO seems to want to make sure I don’t forget to mention them this time around either. But I actually have stuff to go over so we won’t see too many of those here.

I covered some of the background for this but I might as well go over them again since most of the episode is exposition with some ugallu murder porn. FGO’s first full anime production is here, succeeding the First Order OVA, the Moonlit Lostroom OVA, and the preceding Episode 0 that I didn’t bother to cover for whatever reason. The Camelot Singularity that takes place before this however will come out as a separate movie . The recent Case Files anime as well as the upcoming Lostbelt 5 chapter in FGO all points toward this seemingly well planned sequence of reintroducing Marisbilly Animusphere now that his character has been introduced outside of walls of text but we’re really moving ahead of the adaptation at hand here. Much like Case Files and Fate/Zero, the prerequisite for Babylonia would ideally be for someone to have read Singularities 1-6 and somehow not play Babylonia proper until this adaptation came out, but I already know that really can’t be the case.
