The comedic Hol Horse episode segments come to a close and now we have only combat for the next few months. So that being said, I honestly didn’t care that much on how this episode turned out since comedy episodes are exponentially less entertaining when you already know what’s going to happen compared to action.
So let’s give Hol Horse and Boingo their final applause as the comedy thresh hold to the End Game has been crossed.

I have no idea why they decided to make this two episodes but in all honesty, I guess the length does fit pretty nicely. This week and the next, Hol Horse will be undertaking yet another attempt at the Joestar Crew’s life. This time, he is partnered with Boingo and his future sight. With this lasting for another week, I can predict that we have 3-4 more episodes before we finally reach DIO.

The conclusion of the Justice Arc
I really have to hand it to David Productions for making such a fine adaptation. Some of you may not know but Part 3 is essentially the Part 1 of the Stand-related Parts. I’ve been enjoying a lot of the fights from that manga that were honestly somewhat boring. While Justice wasn’t definitely boring, I’m just glad to have such a devoted crew make a relatively weak Part of the series into something so enjoyable.
That aside, let’s wrap up the fight.

Love how Jotaro, the guy who usually is the one who identify the Stand user before anyone else, brings to attention some skull forming in the sky but no one does anything. You think with all the shit they went through that they would take that as a sign of warning. Oh well, it’s Jojo, and it’s Part 3 so I can forgive it.
We’re actually nearing another funny fight after the Justice fight and after a few more, we’ll be at Egypt. Also before we start, allow me to give my thoughts on the first episode of the dub since I was unable to get to Episode 2-3
- Jotaro is supposed to sound like a teenager who legitimately wants to be left alone and if anything has the indifferent tone. In the english dub, he sounds a bit more angsty since his pitch got moved up a bit.
- Avdol legitimately sounds African in my ears so that’s a good thing. English dubbed animes sometime attempt to imitate the accents depending on the character’s backgrounds and Avdol’s isn’t that bad. However, Avdol’s gratuitous english isn’t as charming when he’s speaking English.
- Joseph’s voice actor got the aged thing pretty good but he sounds a bit younger than he has to. That’s nitpicky but in my opinion it’s pretty decent.
- Holly is just Holly, whether she does a good job or not, she won’t be showing up for a while. That being said, Dub VA’s have a hard time voicing little girls so 40+ year old woman probably wasn’t the hardest thing to do.
DIO didn’t get enough lines for me judge and Kakyoin won’t be judged just yet. From what I hear, the ORA ORA is weak, but that’s not surprising. I will await to see how Emerald Splash and DIO will sound like (not that anyone can beat Koyasu but I honestly respect Partrick Seitz)

Thus concludes one of my favorite “fights” in Part 3.
From what Enya and Rubber Soul told us, we only have a few more Tarot Stands after the Joestar crew. Looking on the episode count though, I’d say it’s very certain we’ll get one more season full of episodes since by the time we reach Egypt, we still got a few more fights before we reach DIO. Hell, that fight should take arond 2-3 episodes too since it’s two fights in one.
Anyways, let’s get to the Emperor and the Hanged Man Part 2.

At this rate, I REALLY think we’re not going to have just 24-26 episodes. My long awaited fight finally arrives on the bigscreen/monitor as the Crusaders reach India and have a fight that will take them a while to recover from. This is the first of the two-parter Stand fight scheme that will show up every now and then so let’s not waste anytime here folks.
Tears of both sadness and laughter will be brought down upon your faces, prepare yourselves for a two-part ride through India.
