The wild ride comes to a close.
So ever since I saw Chaika’s Season 1 end, I saw the rise in number of these fantasy shows that finally decided to move away from highschools. Granted, a lot of them were some harems, I still enjoyed the fact we wouldn’t be see any “student council presidents” and the likes for a bit. Hell, considering what I watched this entire season, I don’t think a single highschool series got in this time. Ain’t that just quaint. I want to talk about Chaika once I learn the ending in the light novels so I will getting to Bahamut and Twintails first.

Rev up those fantasy engines, we’re going for a ride.
Shingeki no Bahamut comes from a fairly recent mobile game craze that’s raking in a lot of downloads and money. I’m not a mobile “gamer” but I know of its existence thanks to the large amount of high quality art the game gets. I honestly didn’t even notice the anime “adaptation” airing this season until I saw a few people talking about it. Naturally, I didn’t expect ANYTHING from a series based on a card game.
Bot goddamn, I did not expect this at all.
