Persona 5 The Animation- Episode 4: Not the worst

I’ll be honest with everyone right now, I was really planning on just skipping the rest of the series and just resort to talk about it when it finished. For a multitude of petty and simple reasons, I think I might continue talking about this weekly but it’s really teetering on the edge and this episode only just pulled itself out of the deep end.

Of course, this doesn’t mean like they upped the animation quality of anything but the smaller parts surrounding whatever fight they go through here just felt entertaining to me. You’re safe for now P5: The Animation, let’s see how far it gets you though.

Persona 5 The Animation- Episode 3: They’re just going to keep All Out Attacking aren’t they

As far as narrative goes, Persona 5’s opening Palace and villain serves as one the strongest and poignant introductory chapters of the game and even if it’s slightly altered, the story and impact of it is something I enjoy. The only problem is that this would make the 3rd or 4th time I’m going through it so the impact is somewhat lost on me.

At the very least, I’m hoping to see more casual moments with the cast because that’s honestly what we’re all here for.

Persona 5 The Animation- Episode 1: Joker’s Beautiful Face

As soon as Last Encore cut itself short to continue during the summer, another adaptation of a videogame comes to take its place. Everyone and their mothers have played Persona 5 or has heard of it through its immense popularity at this point so I’m not sure how much I should really be explaining here since tons of people have played Persona 5 over the likes of Fate Extra. This time we can all be judgmental about how P5 the Animation will handle its adaptation.

But so far, there isn’t really anything to address.
